“I live in Northern California and specialize in photographing birds of prey, primarily falcons and eagles. My passion started in high school after I read John and Frank Craighead’s book “Hawks in the Hand” and became interested in falconry and wildlife photography. While no longer a falconer, my love for raptors has never diminished. Not content with images of captive birds or staged imagery which is common today, I became a student of nature which has led to the images you see here”.
